Not only is this product a must-buy for all simmers but its customer service and support is above and beyond all others ! I purchased mine last year and today i found the clamp that came with the trim wheel broke. Shortly after I contacted Shawn, he responded right back and sent me a replacement already. Thank you Shawn, you're the best !
Excellent controller. Really enhances the MSFS 2024 experience. Received the product quickly, great quality and the product was shipped with excellent packaging.
I will keep it short. The trim wheel has a defect. This defect absolutely does not interfere with the fact that this is the most comfortable, sturdy, and precision trim wheel I have owned, and being new to flight sim, that is a lot. I am very picky about my gear.
Oh yeah, the error. It makes my trim wheel a collector's item. It will be in very used state, because it fits perfectly on my desk and keeps me from crashing quite well!.

I love my Flight Sim Stuff controllers. I have the throttle controller and the trim wheel. The setup was easy and they have worked reliably for years now. And the customer service is honestly amazing! The owner responds immediately and always goes above and beyond to make sure you're a happy customer. I would give 6 stars if I could! Highly recommend!
