I have been looking for an affordable Cessna style throttle quadrant with a vernier style mixture control for a long time. I had a different type of trim wheel that had no resistance and was very small- not realistic and you had to turn very slow or it wouldn’t count the pulses. My new one from Shawn is waaaay more realistic. I love both products! Also I had a mix up (totally my fault) and Shawn was totally willing to work with me and get me the correct products. Thank you so much!!!
Not only is this product a must-buy for all simmers but its customer service and support is above and beyond all others ! I purchased mine last year and today i found the clamp that came with the trim wheel broke. Shortly after I contacted Shawn, he responded right back and sent me a replacement already. Thank you Shawn, you're the best !
Excellent controller. Really enhances the MSFS 2024 experience. Received the product quickly, great quality and the product was shipped with excellent packaging.
I will keep it short. The trim wheel has a defect. This defect absolutely does not interfere with the fact that this is the most comfortable, sturdy, and precision trim wheel I have owned, and being new to flight sim, that is a lot. I am very picky about my gear.
Oh yeah, the error. It makes my trim wheel a collector's item. It will be in very used state, because it fits perfectly on my desk and keeps me from crashing quite well!.
