Great trim wheel and even better support. The wheel has a nice, firm resistance that feels realistic, and it was recognized immediately in both MSFS 2024 and X-Plane 12 as a smooth analog axis. Shawn went above and beyond: when I wanted to build a custom desk mount, he helped me with the STL for his mounting plate so I could design around it. It fit perfectly into my setup. Highly recommend to buy from FlightSimStuff!
I just purchased this product and received it yesterday (10/10/2026). It is well built and sturdy. Works great and as described. The clamp was a little long for where I wanted to mount it but I got it worked out and is no problem. I received it earlier than expected and I am very pleased with that. I recommend this product.

It’s a great upgrade that the Vernier controls can now be adjusted by both pushing and turning. The housing offers improved stability compared to the previous version. The controls have a long throw and operate smoothly.
Fine-tuning is possible, which enhances the sense of realism.
It is miles ahead of the much more expensive competition. Great work by Flight Sim Stuff.
I'm very happy with the new controls. They add so much realism to the simulator. The instructions and videos included were very helpful getting them set up too. The trim wheel comes with a removable under desk mount. My only suggestion is to add a similar mount for the throttle too. I was able to create my own with plywood though. I'm excited to use these guys more as I move toward getting my private pilot license.
